To complement our growing team, we are looking for a Recruiter who will support our team. By building strong relationships with some of the most successful and respected entrepreneurs, you will create long-term value for Wave Nine and accelerate your career as an international consulting professional.
The Job – What you will do
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. Consider the unique challenges and requirements of international candidates when evaluating their suitability for specific roles.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for international positions. Provide guidance on the availability of international talent and assist in setting realistic expectations.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, considering the unique challenges faced by international candidates such as language barriers and cultural adjustments.
- Onboarding and Relocation Support: Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for international hires. Provide support in relocation logistics and cultural integration.
Requirements – What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter with a focus on international hiring.
- Ability to adapt to different cultural norms and practices to effectively engage and assess candidates.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve recruitment strategies.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
