REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR (UNITED STATES) (M/F/D)

As the Director of Sales for North America, you will play a crucial role in driving market expansion and strategy execution. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying and pursuing potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Wave Nine’s solutions can address those needs. Your ability to navigate the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, will be critical in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
The Job – What you will do
- Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations that result in substantial revenue growth, showcasing the value our solutions bring to clients.
- Identify and vigorously pursue new business opportunities to amplify our market presence.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Assume the role of a trusted advisor, comprehending client needs, and customizing solutions to align with their business objectives. Incorporate OKR Consulting and Coaching seamlessly into client interactions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to synchronize sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and initiatives. Showcase Wave Nine’s thought leadership in the industry.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and timely forecasts.
- Travel to client meetings as needed.
Requirements – What we look for
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Regional Sales Director or in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the North American market, preferably within the context of B2B SaaS and innovative software solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
- Results-oriented, positive mindset with a focus on strategic thinking and problem-solving.
