If the Key Result (KR) requires ongoing attention and effort to maintain, similar to achieving it, then it is recommended to create another KR around it. However, if after achieving the KR once, it becomes a simple “Business-as-usual” task with no significant effort required for maintenance, then there may not be a need to create another KR specifically for it. It is important to assess the level of ongoing attention and effort required for each KR and make a decision based on that evaluation.
