We are Wave Nine, the not-so-typical consultancy from Silicon Valley that practices startup spirit and speed. Together with our strategic partner WorkBoard, Inc., we bring purpose to employees and results to companies. Based on a framework called Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), we help companies gain competitive advantage through high alignment on purpose, strong focus, and transparency. We combine consulting services with a category-defining software platform backed by leading investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Microsoft, and Softbank. To complement our growing team, we are looking for a Sales Support and Administrator who will not just sit on the sidelines. You will create long-term value for Wave Nine by driving our content operations. We practice new work and plan to continue working remotely, with occasional on-site client engagements.
 
The Job – What you will do
  • Listen to client calls, understand their pain points, and create comprehensive offers that align with their needs and objectives.
  • Actively listen to client calls and take detailed notes to capture relevant information, pain points, and specific requirements.
  • Analyze client conversations to identify common themes, recurring challenges, and areas of improvement.
  • Pitch Deck Creation (Create powerpoint decks based on templates)
  • Offer creation (create powerpoint, excel or hubspot offers)
  • Contract creation (create contracts based on offers)
  • Follow up creation (create follow ups based on collateral, context and content)
  • Support the sales team in managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  Requirements – What we look for
  • Sales Support, Administrator, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Legal support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and procedures is an advantage.
