Agentic Operating Rhythm

Your strategy is running on last decade's operating rhythm. Quarterly reviews, weekly status meetings and slide decks were built for slow information and expensive execution. We redesign how you plan, meet, decide and review for the AI era, for your people and the agents working alongside them.

An operating rhythm built for a slower world

Today signals arrive daily and AI can do in minutes what used to take weeks. Yet most organizations still find out at the end of the quarter what went wrong.

Status over decisions

Meetings spend their time reporting instead of deciding.

The calendar sets the pace

Problems surface at the quarterly review, months too late.

Output everywhere, outcomes nowhere

AI produces more decks, plans and reports than anyone can read.

Six shifts in how organizations run

AI makes doing cheap and information instant. That changes what your operating rhythm has to do.

Choosing becomes the bottleneck

When doing gets cheap, deciding what not to do is the scarce skill. OKRs hold the few priorities that matter.

Outcomes over outputs

Activity metrics stop meaning anything, so key results measure real outcomes.

Signals, not the calendar

Reviews start when a key result drifts or a customer signal shifts, and planning becomes rolling.

Managers move to judgment

Status flows directly from the systems, so managers spend their time on decisions and coaching.

Strategy you can talk to

Every team can ask how its work connects to the priorities, in its own context and language.

Agents on the team

AI agents are briefed, reviewed and redirected in the same rhythm as people.

How we build your new rhythm

The five building blocks behind our 300+ transformations, many of them on WorkBoard AI, applied to how you plan, meet, decide and review.

01

A strong, documented process

We map how you plan, meet and review today, then redesign the rhythm with you: which meetings stay, which go async and which signals trigger a review. Everything lands in one playbook.

02

Thoughtful change management

Leaders model the new rhythm first, and managers get support for their new role: less relaying of status, more judgment and coaching.

03

Engaging, high-quality workshops

Leadership and teams rebuild their OKRs around outcomes and agree how AI agents are briefed, reviewed and redirected.

04

Robust training

Teams learn to use AI for meeting preparation, summaries and follow-up, and to work with agents as part of the team.

05

A dedicated team and community

An internal rhythm owner and champions in every function keep the rhythm running and improve it every quarter.

The result is an operating rhythm built for the AI era, run by your own people.

Your Questions, Answered

Is this about replacing meetings with AI?

No. It's about making the meetings you keep count. AI takes over preparing, summarizing and following up, so time together goes into decisions.

Do we need OKRs for this?

OKRs are the backbone: they define the few priorities people and agents work toward. If you don't have them yet, we set them up as part of the engagement.

What do you mean by agents?

AI agents that take on parts of the work, such as preparing reviews, drafting updates or monitoring key results. Like any team member, they need a brief, a review and a redirect when priorities change.

Which tools do you use?

The ones you already have. WorkBoard AI, which we have rolled out at many of our clients, is our worked example for strategy execution, and we work with the meeting, collaboration and AI tools your teams use today.
