For this purpose, they may temporarily store your IP address with Hotjar's Sub-Processors which are subject to strict obligations of confidentiality and will process it only according to their instructions. FUNNELYTICS

We use Funnelytics in order to better understand our users' needs and to optimize this service and experience. Funnelytics is a technology service that helps us better understand our users' experiences (e.g. how they navigate through web pages, how they respond to different web pages, what users do and don't like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.
