Wave Nine wasn't founded in a lecture hall. It was forged in the boardrooms and operational meetings of global enterprises. Our founders are practitioners who spent their careers witnessing the same frustrating pattern: companies would invest millions in brilliant strategies, only to see them fail during execution.
