Great OKRs are both – realistic yet difficult. The concept of “best possible KRs” articulates that a KR should not articulate the easiest-to-achieve goal but an important, difficult yet realistically achievable goal. The Concepts to use to estimate OKR difficulty are:
(1) The probability of achieving the OKR should be 70% or
(2) “If everything goes right for once” then you should be able to achieve the KR.
