I think that if your listeners can use this framework, then I'm sure it will help them to become more clear and more energizing in their messaging. I would just recommend everyone to start working with transparency and start working in public within your organization. Start maybe doing that with topics that you feel reasonably comfortable with, don't try a new methodology and a new topic, that is maybe a tiny bit too difficult often, but try new methodology and known topic and that way you can get comfortable and use it to bring in allies for your topics, celebrate their wins and make sure that you are behaving as if you were already a leader in an organization, and I've seen that promotion happens very quickly afterwards.
