The Discipline of Making OKRs Simple
One of my mentors in my life, he had always told me, well, Philip, you're just making it too complicated. It's great that you put in all of that thought, but you gotta make it easy for children, idiots and executives. OKRs are very simple methodology because, at the end it's two or three parts. People are relatively happy to stay on the surface, at least for topics that they aren't an expert in.
